Quotation and Ordering Process
All quotations provided are valid for 7 days from the date of quotation unless otherwise specified. A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until you formally accept it and place an order. We will confirm receipt of your order via email. Orders are subject to acceptance by Naseer Sons Engineering, and we reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
Payment Terms
Payment is required before equipment delivery and installation. We accept the following payment methods: bank transfers, cheques, and installment plans for approved orders. For installment plans, specific terms and conditions will be provided separately. Failed payments may result in order cancellation. All currency conversions and international transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.
Delivery and Installation
We provide nationwide delivery and professional installation services. Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, or logistical issues. We are not liable for damages or losses resulting from delayed delivery. Installation must be scheduled with our team, and the client is responsible for providing a suitable kitchen space that meets our installation requirements.
Warranty
All commercial kitchen equipment supplied by Naseer Sons Engineering comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use conditions. The warranty does NOT cover: damage from misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
Warranty claims must be reported within 7 days of discovering the defect. Our service team will assess the issue and determine whether repair or replacement is necessary. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Maintenance and Care
The client is responsible for regular maintenance and care of all equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Failure to maintain equipment properly may void the warranty. We offer optional maintenance packages and spare parts supply at additional cost. Routine maintenance is recommended every 6 months to ensure optimal performance.
Liability Limitations
Naseer Sons Engineering is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim related to equipment or services is limited to the purchase price of the equipment in question.
Cancellation and Refunds
Once an order is confirmed and payment received, cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. If equipment has already been manufactured or is in transit, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds for defective equipment will be processed after inspection and approval of the warranty claim. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the client unless the defect is due to our manufacturing error.
Limitation of Stock
We maintain inventory based on regular demand. High-volume or custom orders may require additional lead time (2-4 weeks). We will communicate delivery timelines during the quotation process. In case of stock unavailability, we will notify you immediately and offer alternative solutions.
Installation Requirements
The client must ensure that:
- The kitchen space meets electrical and gas requirements for safe equipment installation.
- Adequate ventilation and exhaust systems are in place or will be installed.
- Access routes are clear for equipment delivery.
- All utility connections (water, gas, electricity) are available and functional.
Our installation team will conduct a site inspection before proceeding. Additional charges may apply if modifications to the kitchen space are required.
Compliance and Standards
All equipment supplied by Naseer Sons Engineering complies with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards, CE certifications, and Pakistani industrial safety requirements. The client is responsible for ensuring that purchased equipment meets local health and safety regulations in their area of operation.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from equipment purchase, installation, or services will be resolved through mutual discussion and negotiation. If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to seek resolution through legal channels in Multan, Pakistan. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
